Welcome to CrossFit Torque - our No Sweat Intro is a 1on1 opportunity for us to meet and have a conversation without the “pressure” of having to do a CrossFit workout.

We want to know all about you, so that we can best serve you. We will learn about your exercise and nutrition history, bring clarity to your health and fitness goals, and create a plan to achieve them.

Our ten plus years of experience allows us to work with every individual and their needs, creating a specific path to success whether that is through Personal training, our CrossFit program, Nutrition Support, or our Online Coaching. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, see our custom built facility, and meet our coaching team.

You’ll be in and out of the door in 20 minutes (or we can schedule a virtual zoom call) and you will know exactly what the next steps are in order to achieve your goals.
