Terms and conditions for 2 Classes / Week - 1 month

This membership is 1 Month long (4 weeks) for $105 and allows a member to come TWO classes per week (defined as Monday-Saturday). Your allotted two classes each week do NOT roll over into the following week if a class is missed. If the two classes are not used Mon-Sat, they are lost. This will be paid for on the 1st or the 15th of the month and will be prorated if starting a different day. There are no refunds on this membership once the month is paid for. Cancellation policy: require a 30 day notice to stop the upcoming the month's payment from processing. This membership may be put on hold for minimum of 5 days, maximum of 10. Once hold allowed per member per year. Cannot go back in time to "put on hold" - require a 5 day notice to put membership on hold.
